We’ve seen it done many different ways, we’ve heard promises and been disappointed in the past, however, Pilates Sports Center and trainer, Ariel believe they have that great morning or evening workout that will give you those sexy, flat abs you’ve been looking for with her 10 Minutes to Flat Abs workout. We won’t tell you it’s the easiest workout ever, it isn’t. We won’t tell you that you will get a crazy six pack by doing weird crunches in a reclining chair either. We will say, that if you do this four to five times per week, you should notice a heck of a difference in your mid-line – or lack thereof. If you can couple it with cutting down on your calories simultaneously, then your chance of success just shot up a few hundred percent.
