Circuit Pilates / Jump Board Class

Up to 6 people on The Pilates Reformers/Spring Boards & Mats performing a mixed routine of Pilates based exercises including: 10-20 min. of Cardio using the Jump Boards, then rotating to the Spring Boards, and Mats to vary the experience in a “Circuit Style” Light Weights, Magic Circles, Balls, Bands and stretching are added.

50 min. – Intermediate / Advanced
(You need to have Group Reformer experience)

Pilates For MEN

Contrary to common public opinion, Pilates is not just for women.  This class is designed to help men strengthen their core while still focusing on their favorite muscle groups. Up to 6 men only on The Pilates Reformers/Spring Boards & Mat. This sassy class is infused with a warm up, jam sessions, and dance grooves that move across the floor to the latest pop hits.  The perfect blend of isometric and isotonic resistance, two key ingredients in muscle building and toning.  Dancing is good for your heart and mind.  Surprising your body with new activities, DANCE forces it to work harder because it is doing unfamiliar movements and using muscle groups in different ways.
