PSC works directly with physical therapy centers and can meet your post rehab needs in a more private therapeutic session. These classes are for all levels novice to athlete.

Circuit Pilates / Jump Board Class

Up to 6 people on The Pilates Reformers/Spring Boards & Mats performing a mixed routine of Pilates based exercises including: 10-20 min. of Cardio using the Jump Boards, then moving to the Spring Boards, and Mats to vary the experience in a “Circuit”. Light Weights, Magic Circles, Balls, Bands and stretching are added.

50 min. – Intermediate / Advanced

Pilates For Men

Contrary to common public opinion, Pilates is not just for women.  This class is designed to help men strengthen their core while still focusing on their favorite muscle groups. Up to 6 men only on The Pilates Reformers/Spring Boards & Mat. After all Joseph Pilates was a man’s-man and you can read more about him in our FAQ under this Classes tab.

Zumba

No memorization!  Each song (Latin/contemporary) is a small part of the routine that does NOT have to be put together and remembered!  Easy to learn! Aerobic internal training of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the glutes, legs, arms, abs, and works the heart!  Dancing relieves stress, aids relaxation, builds self-esteem, straightens your posture, helps your social ease, and boosts emotional and physical health.

Burn at the Barre

The latest in sculpting and toning at the Ballet Barre.  These routines have been fine tuned to deliver the best results based on the best the Barre has to offer without the knee or low back issues.  We use light weights to sculpt the arms, tough ab and glute work on the floor and of course Barre work with variations you have never seen or felt.  Join us and change up your routine to keep your body changing in the right direction.

Belly Dance Class

For those who practice bellydancing, movements come naturally to the female form with many health benefits including improved posture and muscle toning, weight loss, stress reduction, carrying muscles without impact, building back muscles evenly, aiding in digestion, flexibility, balance, coordination and immunity system boosts.

Margallete offers an Intense Bellydance class with mixed level format. With this type of exercise, women can progress at their own rate. For beginner dancers or women looking to strengthen and tone the body, Bellydance is the key to maintaining the body as a whole, while developing grace and balance.
