We are so excited to present our workshops here at our Studio here in LA, CA. Each year we strive to offer quality, cutting edge education in an intimate setting at an affordable rate. Guest presenters will join us each year. Our workshops provide practical, take-home information that you can use, and we welcome your suggestions as well.

Thank you so much for your very informative Advanced Business Course for Pilates professionals. This was an excellent workshop, and I wish it was 3 hours long! I know that there were many of us who wanted to ask questions but there really wasn’t the time. There is such a need for business consulting services in our field; it would be so nice to have access to you to consult with for our individual cases. I know your life is probably very full with running the studio and other things to even consider it, but I know there is a definite need for this in the community. Dear Andromeda and Kelli,

I am back home with 3 feet of snow in the back yard, what a nice break that was to see green!!!!! I want to to thank you for an incredible weekend. You have an incredible staff who made us all feel comfortable and completely at home. As for the coursework, I travel all over the country for pilates, core align, z health and activ core. I found your courses to be some of the best I have taken in a while. They were didactic, hands on, logical in progression and filled with information that could be digested while with you, and reproduced in a “Monday Morning Protocol” upon return to my studio. Thank you for time well spent, hope to see you both again in the near future.

Hi Kelli, Andromeda and Art,
Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated this weekend. Having hosted several trainings in the past I know those weekends are both exhilirating and exhausting. I learned a tremendous amount Saturday in the shoulder and scoliosis workshops that will be invaluable to my current and future clients. I liked Helena’s cardio springwall workshop and the fact we walked away with a workout we could do Monday morning without having to think too much (one is always a little bit brain dead after marathon weekends). The Advanced Cadillac workshop was great as well. The majority of it was new material for me. Seth’s spine corrector workshop was also well done. He had some original ideas as well as some classical work that helps instructors better utilize this piece of equipment. Hope you get some well deserved rest and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

I very much enjoyed your workshop on the shoulder, and the whole Pilates Expo. Thank you for providing a very necessary service to the community of Pilates instructors at an affordable prices. I can’t tell you how pleased I was with the quality of instruction and enthusiasm of your workshop teachers. There are not enough continuing education opportunities such as this in our communities in Los Angeles. I really appreciated that the price was reasonable (not $1500, as I’ve seen from other certifying agencies offering continuing ed). Thank you for recognizing that many Pilates instructors don’t make a huge amount of money when you considered your pricing structure.
